1   An overview of device performance:

Uses: ZLA high-performance two-stage vacuum oil purifier series, can quickly remove the water, gas and impurities in insulation oil , as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful oil composition, to improve the insulation properties of oil; also be able to meet the installation or repair of the transformer at the scene to carry out vacuum pump, and at the same time to complete the dehydration, degassing treatment of transformer oil , shortening the processing cycle of oil.

2   Equipment features:

1) Dehydration and degassing ability.

(1)The equipment adopts vacuum pump unit which consist of pumps and large ventilation rate of displacement Roots vacuum to pump on the system,   to ensure that the water vapor and other gases be fast removed;

(2).It adopts the international advanced technology of the short-range film evaporation and molecular separation technology, rapidly remove a large amounts of water contained in oil , while effectively remove the trace moisture in oil, so that the oil moisture content after treatment by the equipment will less than 3ppm.

2)an exceptionally strong ability to filter out impurities.

The equipment uses Progressive encryption filtering system settings. The primary and secondary filters are made of stainless steel twill mesh imported from Japanese, and it can be cleaned and used repeatedly to reduce the operating costs of equipment. Fine filter uses polymer filter imported from the United States with high precision, which can carry a large amount of pollutant, can effectively remove the fine particulate impurities in the oil. So the oil cleanliness level after dealing can be up to NAS6 (NAS1638 level) or above.

3). the equipment is also equipped with proper protective equipment, which makes the full realization of unmanned, automatic operation.

Through the implementation of a comprehensive protection with equipment temperature, liquid level, pressure, power off, super-pressure, under-voltage, overload by each power element, effectively prevent the accident and ensure the normal operation of equipment.

1) The use of advanced temperature control devices to achieve range of temperature control equipment, automatic adjustment, effectively prevent the phenomenon of an aging oil.

2) Oil level control device equipment to achieve the oil level range control, automatic adjustment; effectively prevent the oil overflow phenomenon due to man-made improper operation.

3) Devices are well-established pressure control device. When the equipment is running for some time, the filter net is clogged up by impurities leading to pressure in the oil pump mouth increasing, and the pressure rose to point set by pressure sensor devices, the machine will give signal and automatically stop work, to effectively prevent the accident.

4) The equipment with roller, convenient mobile, particularly suited to transformer vacuum or vacuum pump oiling when carry out maintenance and repair of the transformer at the scene and field; and it’s also suitable for dehydration, degassing, oil processing to the oil inside the transformer at the scene.

5) It uses condensation and cooling technology to cool and dewater several times for the gas mixture with high-temperature heat pump by the vacuum pump, to increase the effective output power of devices, greatly extending the service life of vacuum pump.

3. An overview of the working principle:

When the equipment starts to work, the oil firstly pass the entrance into the first filter under the role of pressure inside and outside, in which the large particles and impurities are filtered ; and then the oil into the heater for heat exchange heating; the heated oil continue to enter the special character of the vacuum separation, in which the oil in a vacuum separator firstly form the mist, and then form a film to make it in a vacuum to expand the contact area as a few hundred times as original., water contained in oil in the condition of high temperature, high vacuum, the large surface and high pumping speed of the conditions being rapidly evaporates and removed by the vacuum system; the oil after dehydration, degassing pass the oil pump into the second row filter to remove minor impurities; oil under pressure to continue into the fine filter, Its filter material is the composite Millipore structure, which can effectively filter out super particles impurities in oil. The oil flow out from the output port is purified oil, and the whole process of oil purification is completed.

Being separated from the vacuum separator, the high-temperature and high evaporation of water vapor and other gases through the condenser, heat exchange and coolers cooling, most of the gas was restored to the water, and stored in reservoirs and removed. The dry gas after dehumidification is pumped out again, to protect vacuum pumps.

4 Equipment systems:

(1) Filtration systems:

Progressive encryption filtration system makes the final cleanliness level of the oil after treatment up to NAS6 (NAS1638) or above.

(2)The heating system:

Heating system consist of the heater, temperature controller, temperature sensors and over-temperature protection components and so on; the oil to  be treated go through the heater under the pressure and carry out heat exchange heating, heat load of heating tube surface is 1.5Kw / c . By heating the flow of oil enhanced and the water in oil keep in boiling, which is good for the next step-- the evaporation of oil. Temperature controller do the real-time monitoring to the heating system and controlling the heater work at a set temperature range to achieve the protection of equipment and personnel safety.

(3) Vacuum system:

Vacuum system consists of a vacuum separator, vacuum pumps, Roots pumps, condensate cooler parts, etc. vacuum separator with models to match the evaporation unit, thereby enhancing the evaporation area, and ensure the full evaporation of oil. At the same time give full consideration to the design of gas flow characteristics and it is conducive to the rapid gas extracted by the vacuum source. Vacuum pumping with speed capability vapor evaporation, precipitation, is more double than the gas volume, thus ensuring that the oil will not be secondary pollution, at the same time to ensure that the system work in a state of very low pressure.

(4) Condensate and Cooling system:

The system consists of the cooler and storage components.
